岗位职责Job reponsibilities：

1..能够全英文授课3-18岁学员英文课程，并保证上课质量；

Be able to give a full-English lesson to 3-18 years old children and guarantee the quality of instructions

2.参与教学部各类与教研相关的工作

Participate in teaching and researching activities

3.协助体验课，学员试听、学员续约和市场活动

Be able to assist with demos, students renewal, market activities, etc.

4.与家长沟通学员学习情况，为家长提供优良的教学售后服务

Be able to communicate with parents about students’ study performace, and provide a first-class service for them.

5.与课程顾问团队紧密合作，通过优秀的服务建立家长口碑

In close cooperation with Course consultants and establish a good reputation by providing an excellent service

岗位职责Job requirement:

1. 本科及以上学历,持有 CET6或TEM 4

2. 口语流利，发音标准

3. 热爱英语教育，喜欢孩子

4. 性格开朗，有良好的亲和力

5. 有海外留学经验者优先录取

工作时间：弹性做五休二

奖金：全勤奖，课时津贴，招生辅助奖金，月度/季度KPI绩效奖金
