Role & responsibility:

    

As a consultant / senior consultant, you will assume responsibility for one or more project models, or lead and execute independently smaller projects. You will have extensive opportunities to directly interact with client management team and guide module teams.

• Help to frame client’s business issue
• Support to develop overall frameworks to solve client’s business problem
• Scope data request, collect and analyze information, and ensure the data relevance and quality
• Conduct primary interviews both internally with client team or externally with industry experts / participants
• Lead the overall module independently or with the support of analyst
• Drive the analytical work and creatively generate insightful recommendations
• Develop financial model or business case
• Develop professional documents (including PowerPoint report, word document, excel document, etc.)
• Directly communicate with client to present key findings
• Coach junior team members
• Support business development

                                                

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or master’s degree / MBA from a reputed domestic or overseas university
• With 1-4 years of work experience from a consulting or research institution or similar corporate position  
• Skilled in the development of creative solutions from strategic to management topics
• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Chinese
• Willingness to work under pressure and meet the deadline
• Willingness to travel
