1. Define, analyze, solve and document the business requirements and processes for our program / project specifications and objectives.
2. Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.
3. Gather and analyze information to define and review project specifications and requirements.
4. Write functional specifications using cases and requirements that describe the necessary system changes or new system features.
5. Develop strategy and functionality, and demonstrate the functional solutions to business, internal client, and the development team.
6. Guarantee all software projects are delivered on time with high quality.
7. Actively participate in brainstorming session and provide solid inputs to the team.
8. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

任职要求：

1. Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5yrs working / project experience in IC industry.
2. Performing business system analysis, including requirement analysis, creating specifications, stakeholder management, converting business and user requirements into functional specifications, testing, and product implementation.
3. Delivering requirements for structured IT application development lifecycles and methodologies.
4. Overall Enterprise Applications (ERP, CRM, SRM, OA, etc.) at large MNCs;
5. Financial knowledge would be a plus;
6. Take the ownership to proactively solve problems, drive project deliveries and achieve business growth.
