Reporting to China Finance Manager. The position will focus on customer contract & billing and supervising expense reports for China legal entities.

The key responsibilities will include:

1. Processing reports for revenue recognition and accounts receivable. 

2. Processing customer invoices in Workday and issuing VAT invoices in Golden Tax System. 

3. Report to CFM and stakeholders on cash received through accounts receivable. 

4. Preparing the monthly account reconciliations and month end reports. 

5. Supervising and processing the employee expense reports to comply with Appen reimbursement policy. 

6. Assisting financial accountant on the month end closing tasks. 

7. Assisting in the preparation of Tax Returns.

8. Assisting with internal and external auditor requests.

任职要求：

1. 3-5 years' experience in the financial accounting work

2. Bachelor degree with major in Accounting, Finance or Economics.

3. Experience on month end closing and tax filing a plus

4. Strong willing to gain experience in a rapaidly growing environment and industry

5. Must be able to work independently and organize work efficiently

6. Effective written and verbal communication skills, Good command of English

7. Able to respond quickly and positively to new or changed initiatives

8. Flexible, calm and self-motivated 9. Lateral thinking and problem solving ability
