岗位职责：

1、负责Finetech德国总公司Fineplacer系列倒装焊机、半导体微组装贴片机、全自动贴片机、电子组装BGA返修工作台等产品在中国区的安装、调试、培训、维修以及技术支持；

2、根据客户应用要求起草客户工艺方案，进行客户样品试制；

3、展示中心设备、备品、备件的管理；

4、必要时协助进行其他技术及销售相关的事务处理。

任职资格

1、具有半导体封装设备或电子SMT装联设备（特别是微组装倒装焊设备、全自动贴片机、以及BGA返修台）3年以上工作经验，大专以上学历；

2. 或机电一体化专业或电子封装相关专业本科以上毕业，学习能力强、动手能力强的应往届重点工科高校毕业生；

3. 具备优秀的英文听、说、读、写能力，工作语言为英文；

4. 良好的学习、动手能力，团队合作精神，肯吃苦耐劳；

5. 具有稳定的上海生活基础，能够长期与公司共成长；

6、同等条件下具有技术型销售潜能或微组装贴片工艺经验者优先。
