一、 General Purpose & Scope of the Job Position

Act as a dedicated Business Support partner to Connell China. In collaboration with all functional Managers to enhance operations, cross-BU coordination and strategic/business planning process at Taiwan office.

  

 

  

 二、Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

1.  (Major Activities of position, framework and boundaries of the job, challenges, etc)

    

 

  

• Prepare market or business update/report with inputs from BU Manager, HR and Controlling to support General Manager(GM).

• Provide support and business analysis to the GM to support strategic or business planning as well as implementation of specific initiatives/projects.

• Develop executive summaries for communication purposes for key suppliers.

• Support GM in developing and implementing objectives and business strategies.

• Facilitate necessary workshops to extract key information necessary to develop strategies, objectives and action plans.

• Support and coordinate preparation of strategic initiatives  

• Work together with country General Managers and various managers on planning, strategies, and requirements to support growth

• Measure and monitor regularly the implementation of strategy, specific group targets and action items

• Assist in creating and implementing marketing and business tools that help with optimization of existing practices and prepares processes for path forward

• Conduct training on how to effectively use the developed as a part of roll-out plan.

• Assist to drive knowledge management within countries and businesses through simple, yet consistent processes, documentation and maintenance of Intranet/databases.

• Manage or lead various ad-hoc activities or individual units/projects whenever

• University degree, masters preferred.

• Maximum 3 years of working experience in business administration, marketing, or project management.  Experience and knowledge in Chemistry are highly desired.

• Strong business acumen, analytical & problem-solving skills, combined with structural approach

• Excellent handling of PowerPoint, Excel and associated IT tools.

• Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English

The country Business Analyst will support from the country level to enhance business data efficiency, business operations, process coordination and strategic/business planning process. This role is also a management trainee role which can be considered to develop to a business management career.
