 REPORTING TO:

Directly reporting to QA Manger, Asia

Functionally reporting to location head of laboratory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Establish and publish local quality manual and quality system related documents to bring the laboratory’s quality systems and policies into compliance with quality systems requirement, assure the quality management systems are implemented faithfully and effectively;

2. Handle daily quality assurance related tasks, coordinate quality related activities with team leaders;

3. Liaise with external parties (e.g. accreditation bodies, governmental departments etc.)  and responsible for accreditation, recognition and related matters. Represent company to attend any external or corporate internal audits;

4. Prepare annual internal audit plan and execute internal audit according to the plan; conduct system audits, prepare audit report, review audit findings, issue CAR and prepare audit report;

5. Investigate customer complaint case and supervise the implementation of improvement action;

6. Supervise equipment management, arrange external calibration to ensure the testing equipment delivers the desired level of accuracy at all times;

7. Supervise all corrective / preventive actions ensure actions are taken timely and effective, keep related records;

8. Arrange and host Management Review Meeting, collect input materials from all related parties, prepare management review report and submit Annual Work Report and Statistical Data according to the requirement.

9. Other quality related tasks such as arrange proficiency testing, monitor document control system, monitor subcontractor and supplier evaluation

10. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Asia QA Manager

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

1.Degree holder  in a field related to chemistry, physics, mathematics, or engineering.

2.Internal auditor of management system.

3.In-depth knowledge of ISO 17025 quality management system;

4.Knowledge of metrological traceability and equipment management;Knowledge of measurement uncertainty.

5.Good planning, organizational, monitoring, communication and leadership skills;Good trouble shooting skills;Good training skills.

6.> 4 years accredited laboratory working experience, with testing experience in electrical appliances and Hardline products and 2-year experience to manage quality system as QA supervisor;  Solid experience in handling CNAS accreditation is a must and experience is handling foreign accreditation is an advantage;

7.Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.

8.Self-motivated;Analytical mind and logical thinking.
