• Handle routine inquiry, including platform inquiry list and temporary sales/CS e-mail inquiry
• Generate purchasing orders according to SAP sales orders and inventory warnings
• Follow up the PO and update PO status
•  Responsible for payment to suppliers under related payment terms
• Identify and introduce new qualified local supplier, support the supplier on board and maintenance good relationship with suppliers
• Negotiate purchase price and supports with suppliers in accordance with purchasing quantity, lead time, payment term and other information
• Involved in local supplier audit activities
• Review and optimize buying source for better product quality and cost saving
• To strictly follow the operational procedures of hazardous chemicals and other regulation
• Prepare for periodical sourcing report
• Other work assigned by line manager

  

• Familiar with office system and SAP system
• Bachelor degree or above, chemical or life science major is plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical Competencies
• Customer Service Principles
• Quality systems and procedures
• Familiarity with Life Science Equipment, sales/training/installation
• Minimum 3 years  international trade experience
