主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities
－Based on customer monthly forecast, prepare daily, weekly & monthly plans for production and inform team & department staff.

  

根据客户交货预期，制定日，周及月生产计划，并下发到班组.

  

  

--- Fulfill customer delivery demand by maximum utilize production capacity, monitoring the implement of master production schedule, improve daily output. 利用***产能满足客户需求，并负责监控生产计划的执行情况, 及日常生产的改善

  

  

--- Monitor the daily production achievement and coordinate the problems that arise during production processing, fast react towards plan change;

  

监控每日生产达成率，协调解决生产计划执行过程中出现的问题,对生产计划的改变快速响应

  

  

--- Interface between delivery and source, improve the information flow.

  

生产与其他信息来源的接口，信息流的改善

  

－Coordinate well with Sales department for product lead time; 与销售部紧密合作满足客户交期

－Responsible for production planning and material planning 负责物料和生产计划

  

－Collect daily information of actual production volume and making analysis. 收集生产数据并进行分析.

  

－Host meeting of production forecast and taking follow up actions. 主持生产协调会并跟进相关措施.

  

  

  

－Do related work of production planner in ERP / iScala system. 负责完成在ERP / iScala系统的相关操作.

  

－Inform his/her supervisor about all important incidents in his/ her area of responsibility. 向他/她的上级报告自己职责范围内的重要事情。

  

－Ensure 100% delivery performance to customer 确保100%客户发货表现率

  

－Coordinate with related department for SOP,EOP and switch of new project. 和相关部门协调新项目开始，结束和转换

  

－Report and analyze of working lose hour due to DL reason. 由于物流原因生产工时损失的统计分析。
