ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

• Focus on customer quality aspects, data analysis in matrix and indicates, customer issue handling and customer issue corrective action validation;

• Organize quality improvement in end to end process, from manufacturing to customer, coordinate and facilitate the activities with cross function teams like service and engineering team;

• Leverage FBS tools in quality performance improvement and problem solving, lead/Facilitate Kaizen and sustaining result and Champion certificate;

• Lead internal audit and close audit findings to ensure system’s Effectiveness, Sufficiency and Suitability;

• Support cross function teams for QMS system planning, continual improvement, perform standard work of EHS activities in required compliance regulation scope, include certificate, registration and/or documents, etc.;

• Achieve working objective and task/project target assigned by his/her leader of report line or upper level leaders;

• Finish other task and job assigned by his/her leader of report line or upper level leadership.

  
  

  QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (Non-Negotiable):

  
  

• Bachelor degree

• At least 8 years working experience in Quality and EHS/QMS certification and operation

• Problem Solving success in product quality improvement include customer experience

• English communication skill in Foreign Investment company                        

• Document and report skill with MS Office, data analysis in Excel is must
  
  

• QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED (Negotiable):

• Instrument or Electrical Assembly Industrial background;

• Quality and Data analysis tools implementation, such as SPC, 6 sigma, MINITAB, IBM SPSS

• Lean experience preferred.
