该岗位的主要工作职责为评估和革新当前的产品设计，将图纸转换成中文，为其他部门提供工程方面的技术支持。

有烘炉设计(销钉炉,内涂烘炉)经验优先；

  

The primary responsibility of this position is to review and reform current design, convert the drawing to Chinese version, support other departments from engineering side. Having Dryer（PinOven /IBO）  design experience should be better.

  

  

  

工作内容  Responsibilities include:

  

• 在Autodesk Vault上使用Autodesk Inventor软件进行项目设备3维和2维图纸设计及更改。

  Using Autodesk Inventor designs and changes 3D and 2D drawing of project machine on Autodesk Vault.

• 评估和革新当前的设计；

  Review and reform current design.

• 转换英制2维或3维图纸为公制2维或3维图纸，或者转换公制2维或3维图纸为英制2维或3维图纸。

  Converting from 2D or 3D metric drawings to 2D or 3D imperial drawings and vice versa.

• 通过协调，配合和咨询其他人， 去设计，布局和绘制机械零部件图纸;

  Coordinating with and consulting others to design, layout, or detail components of mechanical systems.

• 将需要发给国内供应商的图纸转成中文版本；

  Convert the drawing to Chinese version, which needs to send to domestic supplier.

• 审核并更新每个单元的物料清单；

  Review and update BOM for each sub-assembly.

• 现场支持生产制造和安装；

  Provide on-site technical support for manufacturing and assembly.

• 和美国同事讨论技术细节；

  Technology discuss with American colleagues.

• 为销售和采购提供技术支持；

  Technical support for sales and purchase.

• 其他部门经理分配的工作任务。

  Additional items as assigned by manager.

专业技能及岗位要求  COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  

• 较好的钣金、管路和机加工知识；

  Good understanding of sheet metal, piping and machining process.

• 较好的成本结构知识；

  Good understanding of cost structure.

• 有烘炉设计(销钉炉,内涂烘炉)经验优先；

  Have Dryer (Pin Oven and IBO) design experience preferred.

• 优秀的英语读写说能力；

  Good English in reading, writing and speaking.

• 具备一定英语口语基础者优先考虑；

  Good English verbal skill preferred.

• 熟练操作CAD inventor and mechanical 等二维三维和其他办公室软件；

  Good knowledge of CAD Inventor and Mechanical 2D ,3D Software and MS office skill.

• 突出的团队合作精神；

  Outstanding team working spirit.

                            

  

教育背景及相关工作经验  EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  

• 机械行业大专或以上学历；

  Associate degree or above in mechanical engineering fields.

• 不低于5年的机械工作背景；

  5+ years’ mechanical working experience.

• 不低于3年的烘炉（销钉炉/内涂烘炉）设计经验；

  3+ years Dryer（PinOven /IBO）  design experience.

• CAD和办公室软件技能；

  CAD and MS office skill.

• 有ERP/MRP经验优先。

  ERP/MRP experience preferred.
