岗位描述
1、在销售总监领导下负责管理团队销售工作；
2、根据公司整体经营目标，制定销售计划，制定团队每月销售计划，掌握销售进度；
3、根据销售计划，参与制定和调整销售策略，并负责团队具体销售方案实施与完成；
4、销售团队日常管理，培训；
5、销售总监交办其他任务  
    
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，
2、5以上化工外贸行业工作经验；
3、2年以上团队管理经验，有团队领导能力与管理能力；
4、性格外向、表达能力强、具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧、情商高；
5、熟练英语口语，书写能力；
6、有化工行业外企工作经验优先

    

Job description
1. Responsible for the sales work of the management team under the leadership of the sales director;
2. According to the company's overall business objectives, formulate a sales plan, formulate a monthly sales plan for the team, and grasp the sales progress;
3. Participate in the formulation and adjustment of sales strategies according to the sales plan, and be responsible for the implementation and completion of the specific sales plan of the team;    

4. Daily management and training of the sales team;
5. The sales director assigns other tasks

Qualifications
 1. Bachelor degree or above;
 2. At least 5 working experience in chemical foreign trade industry;
 3. More than 2 years of team management experience, with team leadership and management capabilities;
 4. Outgoing personality, strong expression skills, strong communication skills and communication skills, and high emotional intelligence;
 5. Proficiency in spoken and written English;
 6. Working experience in foreign companies in the chemical industry is preferred
