Position
Summary

-  Ensure the implementation and compliance of the Department on all HSSE procedures

-  Establish, maintain and continues improve the implementation of ISO 14000 & 45001 management system.

Duties & Responsibilities

-  Communicate Health Safety Environment regulations and BV HSSE requirement to all divisions.

-  Conduct regularly HSSE awareness training.

-  Organize emergency drills.

-  Define HSSE training needs;

-  Investigation of serious accidents, work related illnesses, and serious safety and health related "incidents” and work out proper corrective and prevention actions.

-  Legal and other requirements

-  Identify all health, safety risks and environmental impacts, and the management of these risks and impacts within the respective Department

-  Maintains the HSSE Register of the respective Department which contains all identified HSSE activities risks and impacts, and reference to any associated control measures and procedures.

-  Organize internal audit.

-  Assistant with divisions on controlling environment impact and safety hazard.

-  Other HSSE Campaign activities.

Skills &
Requirements

-  Strongly on written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

-  Be familiar with the concept, process and system of HSSE assurance.

-  Have knowledge about HSSE relevant regulations, standards and process.

-  Strong experience in ISO14001 and 45001.

-  Good spoken and written English

-  Good leadership and communication skill

-  Skillful with MS software

Education &
Experience

-  Bachelor’s degree in Environmental/Safety Engineering is preferred

-  HSSE relevant working experience for 3 years or above.

-  Have the certification ISO14001, ISO45001.

KPI

-  Reduce HSSE incident and accident;

-  Ensure group HSSE objective completed;
