Key Position Responsibilities 主要工作职责：

1. Understand the project requirements/expectation, work closely with the sales team to finalize the drawings and proposals.了解项目的需求及期望，与销售团队紧密合作确定画图设计方案

2. Collaborate and provide supports to sales team in prepare typical drawing and layour plan 为销售团队提供画图及布局等技术支持

3. Prepare any of bill of quantities and strategize product solutions to meet tender's specifications and requirement. 尽可能提供较为全面的产品解决方案以满足标书的要求

4. Coordinate with necessary factories/suppliers to specify non standard products if need.与工厂及供应商协调关于特殊及非标准产品的生产注意事项

5. Serve as the contact point on design and specifications requests as well as product solutions. 主导产品方案中绘图设计模块

6. Ensure the drawings and renderings/sketch up are submitted on time. Provide rendering work to enhance proposal bids. 确保及时提交绘图设计等信息，

7. Maintain and update document and material library for sales. 维护及更新产品及物料信息库

8. Build trust within the team through open and honest communication.与团队建立良好的沟通关系

Knowledge & Experience Required 经验及技能要求

1. 3-5years commercial experience with good computer software knowledge (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Photoshop, Ai, VR and necessaries) . Experience to proceed interior, furniture design is a must 3-5年的家具设计行业相关经验及电脑绘图设计软件应用技能

2. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.良好的英语口语及读写能力

3. Strong interpersonal skills. 较强的人际沟通技能

4. Maintain an energetic and positive attitude. 积极向上的工作态度
