Responsibility

1. Manage overseas IDC Fit Out projects for clients in China. Regions including: USA, Singapore, Japan, Australia, UK, Malaysia, Indonesian, Philippines, India, HK and Germany.

2. Provide daily project report with updates and issue .

3. Coordinate project elements and stackholders and ensure on time delivery. Elements including site survey, technical & solution variations, manufacturing lead time, international logistics and shipping, delivery and inventory, installation, commissioning.

4. Manage customer expectations and satisfaction

5. Prepare completion projects for sign off, work with finance team on invoicing and payment.

6. Review and go over project brief, summarize lessons and learn

7. Prepare & organize related project documentation

Requirement

1. Strong communication & coordination skills

2. Excellent language skill in English and Mandarin

3. 3-5 years of overseas project management work experience

4. Fast learner and passionate team worker

5. Able to communicate obstacles and manage internal & external customer expectations
