1.     Base on SAP MO plan, make production plan according to customer request & production capability

查看系统信息，了解客户订单信息，根据客户需求和生产产能进行生产排产计划

2.     Understand product mix, optimize production plan by selecting the best machine.

了解产品的特性，选择***的生产设备，及时安排生产。

3.     Daily arranges MO and print IPIR, issue MO to group leaders.

整理流程卡及时打印IPIR，及时将生产订单发放到各组长手中。

4.     Monitors information of raw material, in case of shortage, discuss and confirm with purchasing department.

了解材料的信息，如有材料短缺的问题，及时和采购沟通，确认材料的到期。

5.     Be proactive to discuss with CS for delivery, in case of problem, adjust production plan accordingly.

主动和客服确认产品的交期，如有问题，及时调整计划。

6.     Monitors production status, and make adjustment once there is problem.

了解产品的生产进度，及时跟踪每一个过程的生产情况，以便做出及时的计划调整。

7.     Communicate with group leaders in order to ensure production is able to fulfill the delivery plan.

主动和各组长沟通，了解生产情况，确保产品的准时交付。

8.     Makes and monitors 3rd party delivery performance.

制定外加工的生产计划并保证协调跟踪交货，保证产品的交期。

9.     Key in production daily, counter check data accuracy.

将每天的数据输入日报，审核数据等的有效性。

10.  Ensure group leaders to close MO on time and analyze raw material usage in case of overuse.

督促各组长，做好及时退料，结料；分析材料合理的利用。

11.  Analyze production data, clearing of system MO, reduce backlog.

分析生产数据，及时清理系统问题订单，减少未完成订单。

12.  Be prepared relevant production report and analysis the data as well.

按时完成相关生产报告,定时分析数据。

13.  Arranges and maintains all documents in proper filing.

按文件体系要求，有效的整理***件。

14.  Coordinate and supervise the production workshop components and transfer process work flow

协调、督促生产车间零部件的流转及转工序工作。

15.  Responsible for the implementation of the workshop production plan inspection and to carry out the work

负责各车间生产计划执行情况的检查及落实工作

16.  Understand and follow EHS rules to meet safety requirements.
理解并遵守环境、健康和安全制度以满足安全要求。

17.  Any other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Qualification and Requirement任职资格

 

－    Technical college or above.

大专毕业或以上。

－    At least 3 years experience in planning under manufacturing business.

至少在机械制造业的生产计划部门有3年或以上的工作经验。

－    Communicate verbally with leaders and other department.

与组长，他人的沟通能力。

－    Read, count and write to complete all documentation.

阅读书写相关的文件。

－    Handle multiple tasks at one time.

同时处理多个任务。

－    Work successfully as part of a team, while under pressure.

在压力下，能够保持团队精神。

-     Be familiar with SAP is a plus

熟悉SAP系统优先。
