Responsibility

？ Cowork with all functional team to handle all oversea outbound shipments including system maintain and shipping document preparation.

？ Monitor the warehouse and transportation KPIs to continuously improve the work efficiency and work together with 3PL for solutions for cost saving.

？ Do freight billing audit for transportation and warehouse.

？ Handle customer’s claim issue related to warehouse and logistics.

Experience

? 5 years of order handling & warehouse management experience.

? 3PL management experience is necessary and experience in 3PL logistics is a plus.

Expected skills & competencies

? Fluency in both spoken & written English.

? Strong excel skills to do data analysis.

? To be positive, careful, sedate, thoughtful, easy-going and honest.

Education

? Bachelor degree
