1.       Providing brand marketing support to the rest of the organization to ensure that market requirements are addressed by providing effective tools & materials to attract and retain customers during all the different stages of the funnel.
2.      Dig into consumer insights and create Hero/hub content accordingly with distinctive tone & purpose
3.      Continuously build the expertise in consumer insight digging out in IMF market
4.      Support line manager in developing IMC
5.      Independently lead agency with social platform or BTL activities.
6.      Monitor result for on-going course correction

Requirements:

• Around 3 years brand activation experience
• A demonstrated track record in building marketing campaign, experience in FMCG is preferred
• Well understanding of digital environment including paid media, social media & new emerging APPs
• A passion for consumers and understanding trends and insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience on celebrity management is preferred
