1.Position: Hydraulic Design Engineer
2.Report to: Engineering Manager
3.Target and Mission: Responsible for applying established Engineering principles to design and develop new products, and modify existing products in Hydraulic Engineering;Execution of Hydraulic engineering and design; Coordinate with mechanical engineer on Hydrauilc engineering activities relating to products or specification clarification.
4.General Requirements:
1)Bachelors Degree in Hydraulic Engineering or Related.
2)4 years of engineering design experience, preferably construction machinery.
3)Strong written, verbal , analytical and interpersonal skills in English
4)Computer skills: ERP system experience, Solidworks 3D, knowledge of Microsoft Office.
5)Good communication skills, team cooperation ability and organizational capability and preciseness, positive working attitude.

5.Responsibilities
1) Hydraulic System Calculation.
2) Unify Hydraulic System with existing production lines, including hydraulic components, Tubes, Hoses, Fittings.
3) Performance analysis, component selection, hydraulic system design, and test planning.
4) Setup Bill Of Material (BOM) in ERP system (BAAN).
5) Assistance in technical Evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors.
6) Direct and coordinate manufacturing or building of prototype product.
7) Support and answer Hydraulic technical inquiries from sales, service and Test & Adjustment departments.
8) Maintain prompt, thorough and positive action on all investigations of report defectiveness.
9) Review and approve Engineering Change Requests(EAP). Perform data entry and release functions within Baan system
10)Other assignments as designated by Department Manager.
11)Establish standards and procedures for the pursuit of ISO 9001.
12Maintain currency with respect to technical skills by attending training classes, special technical and administration courses, seminars, exhibits and trade shows as needed.
6.Inter-Dependency and expected co-operation
1)Production: Cooperate on constant improvement of designs. Fulfil all requirements for ease of production.
2) Product Support: Coordinate with tender review, order review, order following, after service quality issue and improvement requests.
3)Supply Chain Department: Coordinate with sub-contracting support, technical clarification support.
4) Engineering: Provide information about new legal developments and all related standards.
5)Other support from Quality or Sales & Service Organization teams.
