Responsibilities:

· To target all poor performing factories for Operational compliance failures setting and agreeing clear actions plans and timelines for correction, holding the factories accountable for compliance standards

· To record and track all factory actions plans to ensure that the are shared and managed through the process. Ensuring that all recorded process and actions are communicated effective both internally and externally

· On the direction of the factory Operational Compliance Lead updated on all factory performance and action plans for effectiveness and consistency.

· To collaborate with the global Vendor Co-compliance coordinators on best practice and Operational compliance requirements for each Market ( UK, DE, ITY, QVC US & HSN )

· To partner with the DDGS and PSFGA teams on best practice and objectives for business growth and performance in China

· To review all Internal data ( PSFGA failure Reports ) and communicate with the factories on their overall performance for Operational Compliance.

· To communicate any global compliance changes with our factory / vendor base in China, to be a point of contact for all operational compliance questions / queries to minimize Non-compliance levels at the factories.

· To deliver factory on-boarding and training to support a smooth process to meet Operational Compliance standards, this will be completed through factory visits, e-mail, phone & video calls to deliver training and education on Operational Compliance standards.

· To escalate any Operational compliance concerns to the Vendor Compliance factory Lead for support on the next steps.

· To collaborate with the global vendor compliance Co-Ordinator’s on global brands impacting Operational compliance at the FC’s in each market.

· To be accountable to ensure that poor performing vendors across the Int & QxH are managed to drive improvements and corrective actions on Operational Compliance.

Through 121 factory reviews, meet with the factory management team to drive operational compliance

Qualities:

• Of graduate caliber with experience of the necessary components of Supply Chain Management or three years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a Distribution / Operations role. Experience of Supply Chain operations management preferred but not essential.
• Proven numerical and computer literacy skills with a strong bias towards analytical skills
• Highly self –motivated with an ability to operate beyond task level
• Experience of project management working to an outline brief will be required for this position.
• Highly self –motivated with an ability to operate beyond task level
• Excellent level of computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to demonstrate analytical skills and interpret data.
• Strong communication skills
• 3 years operational experience with in a distribution, Fulfilment center or Factory
• Supply Chain qualification ( preferred )
