Main Tasks

• Support service, trouble shooting of products active in customer line, and drive development of new products and color programs within toolbox as per defined timelines and profit targets
• Manage day-to-day execution of tasks as requested and prioritized by TSM/TSI
• Assigns tasks to technicians and guides their work from a technical perspective
• Ensure documentation and its quality of all lab work as per defined standards
• Provides strong technological guidance and feedback to own lab team
• Steer cooperation and exchange across teams within customization lab as well as Development
• Solve problems, examines root causes of encountered problems and works out sound scientific solutions to problems both theoretically and by experiments
• Lead and develop staff
• Functionally guides project team staff in day-to-day work
• Lead and instructs direct reports according to the performance and development meeting guidelines, supports training measures for direct reports
• As deputy of customization lab manager on EHS responsibility.

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

• Education:     Bachelor or above
• Working Experience: above 3 years
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Chemical technology, excellent English skill in written and spoken. Sprit of team work.
