1. mainly focus on Recruitment Function: regular staff, trainees, casuals.

2. conduct campus recruitment

3. Administer and renew associates’ Labor contracts (including casuals' agreement).

§ Daily Maintain excel manning system.

§ Administer HR Software Kayang system (Associates Contract Module).

§ Maintain an up to date internal position vacancy listing and Marriott Open Position Listing.

§ Receive, register and sort incoming applications for employment and action accordingly. Screen applications to ensure they meet 5 star standards.

§ Conduct Interview and Reference Check

§ Assist new employees with all documentation that is required for completion upon commencement, ensuring all forms are complete and accurate prior to forwarding to Payroll.

§ Administer and track staff movement, raise personnel action form when needed (transfer, promotion and demotion)

§ Maintain HR Reports monthly and yearly (Turnover, Headcount and People Hot)

§ Probation confirmation and manage all associates’ evaluation (Probation, Mid-year, Annual)

§ Process related salary file for Finance Department

§ Manage associates’ corrective action documentation

§ Coordinate check out: Exit Interview, confirm the last working day with Dept. Director; check personal action form and resignation letter signed by employee, Dept. Director, HR Director, Finance Controller, General Manager

§ Be responsible for local trainee’s recruitment and movement.

Administer all school agreements.
