Responsibilities:

1. Monthly sales and promotion plan for each platforms.

2.By campaign sales plan, including daily traffic structure, key products sell-thru, VIP consumer activities tracking and analysis to make sure campaign sales target achieved.

3. Supervise TP daily operation, including inventory check, online pages check, warehouse and logistic operation, campaign launch timing and accuracy, etc.

4. Lead the optimization on platforms, including product title and key words optimize, product layout update, product images CTR optimize, sort mechanism optimizes, etc.

5.Keep close communication with each platform key contact window to obtain more efficiency platform supports.

6. EC platform contract terms preview & control.

7. Based on product sales performance and upcoming sales cadence to plan SKU forecast on time and improve accuracy.

8. Improve product sell-thru especially for key seasonal products.

9. Participate and contribute to Digital Marketing team initiatives and effectively manage relationships and garner cross-functional team support.

10.Ensure output of direct reports is accurate and meets required criteria; provide ongoing coaching and development to team.

11.Regular TP company onsite attendance.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in E-commerce business.

2.At least 5 years E-Commerce operation working experience, familiar with e-commerce platforms (like JD & VIPShop 唯品会)

3.Working experience in international company, with retail/grocery/apparel/fast consuming goods/luxury/Consumer durables industries/ well-known international brands preferred.

4.Highly organized with strong ownership & passion for the brand.

5.A self-motivated individual with good communication  skill.

6.Team worker with good interpersonal skills in order to be the ambassador of the image of the brand in the stores.

7.Proactive and problem solving attitude.

8.English writing & speaking(medium level required).
