Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, standardize and implement HR policies and guidelines to match with our parameters and local external environment.
- Develop positive Labour &Employee Relations strategy and practices for deployment in China.
- Analysis and provide the expertise knowledge on total reward and compensation program based on business needs, to make sure the pay structure and benefits is competitive.
- Working with business leader to set up the people strategy on talent development by different approach
- Assist in Labour relations areas regarding potential acquisitions (due diligence and integration), green field projects or divestiture decisions. Also support & advise for M & A strategy in terms of compliance, governance & ER strategy to the businesses.
- Build connections with the external parties to assist maintaining relationships between company and the government (get the support from the Government Affairs and Corporate Communications).
- Working with Legal dept to provide the advise on employee disputes case in china.
- Supervise the Senior HR Specialist in the execution of the HR operational duties

Key Requirements :
- Be Mature, patient and independent ;
- At least 5 years or above relevant HR experience with China country wide;
- HR experience is preferred and familiar with HRIS
- Familiar with China Labor Law by shanghai, Shenzhen or Qingdao region
- Good interpersonal skill and communication ;
