Within West Africa Cluster, Sales Manager in China desk will manage, monitor and develop the Chinese customer activity, reporting to local Sales Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? to drive business development on Chinese customers
? to be the main point of contact for Chinese customers
? to ensure the quality of service delivery
? to provide support by the relevant information, answer clients directly, and be the main contact window between clients and operations.
? to contribute to Customer Service policies and define targets
? to foresee any events/incidents that could alter the goods delivery and prevent complaints
? to conduct customer satisfaction survey per required
? to prepare specific budget from /to Asia for the Chinese customer
? to set up market identification strategy to identify Chinese potential target
? to suggest and implement service enhancements
? to study market conditions, its players and environment
? to interact with our Chinese organization in China, to promote the Cluster, and to compare competitor products/services, pricing strategy
? to analyze customer needs and requirements
? to produce a monthly reporting to the Regional office and CMA CGM Africa Management on the china desk performance of both import /export

REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFIC SKILLS:

- Bachelor degree or above in major of Transport/Logistics or related
- Solid Container fluvial or shipping transportation experience
- Good Multi modal transportation knowledge
- Fluent in Chinese + English
- Strong Interpersonal, sales and managerial skills
- Accuracy and organizational skills
- Flexibility and ability to anticipate
