Role & responsibility:

Project manager is a key player in Capvision’s consulting practice. Project manager will integrate a project team where you will have full responsibility to successfully deliver the project. Project manager will work closely with Account Manager to maintain client relationship.

• Define client’s business issue
• Develop overall frameworks to solve client’s business issue
• Day-to-day monitoring and management of project team
• Provide problem-solving and hypotheses generation support to team
• Conduct or lead interviews with experienced or senior people
• Take the lead to generate solutions or recommendations for client’s issue
• Communicate with client team and maintain good client relationship
• Ensure the quality of delivery
• Ensure the company risk control code is fully complied
• Support the business development, including scoping, quotation, proposal development, bidding and tendering, etc.
• Coach junior team members both on job-training or class training
• Review the performance of team members and instantly provide effective feedback to help team member’s development
• Develop own expertise in interested industrial sectors and function areas

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or master’s degree / MBA from a reputed domestic or overseas university
• With 4-7 years of work experience from a consulting or research institution or similar corporate position
• Extensive project experience in one of such sectors - healthcare & life science, consumer goods & retail, auto, TMT, finance service, etc.
• Skilled in the development of creative solutions from strategic, management to research topics
• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Chinese
• Willingness to work under pressure and meet the deadline
• Willingness to travel
