Position goals

To assist to build up the right product positioning for IDP China UK and Ireland business

To provide professional support to branches and national team

To communicate with client institutes and onshore team

To facilitate branches to achieve annual UK and Ireland performance target

Key Responsibilities

Assist to develop product marketing strategy for UK and Ireland section

Assist to conduct client school analysis and marketing plan/business scorecard for key clients

Assist to design and execute UK and Ireland counseling and marketing tool

Coordinate and communicate with onshore team

Assist to manage key client relation

Assist to identify and develop IDP China UK and Ireland product positioning strategy

Work with local and online marketing team in all kinds of campaigns including but not limited to educational events and online campaigns. As a key stakeholder to provide UK and Ireland counseling team with clearly articulated product selling points

Support the counseling training & development with effective knowledge sharing

Meet with representatives of UK and Ireland institutions, and share educational knowledge, information, and experiences with team

Conduct survey and research initiatively

Key Relationships within the organization

IDP China Destination Manager, UK and Ireland: Destination Officer, UK and Ireland, will work with Destination Managers, to formulize IDP China UK and Ireland Product Strategy and to communicate with UK and Ireland clients and onshore team.

IDP China UK and Ireland Counseling team: Destination Officer, UK and Ireland, will coordinate with UK and Ireland Counselors for client related issue, training and project needs.

IDP China central and local marketing team: Destination Officer, UK and Ireland，with work with central and local marketing team for UK and Ireland product daily promotion and specific campaign.

Expected Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year working experience in education related industry.

Experiences in research and reporting.

Basic understanding of education system in UK and Ireland.

University graduate is required with good command of English (Spoken and reading), at least IELTS 6.5 equivalents.

Highly self-motivated and possess good skills in presentation and coaching

Experience of studying and living in UK and Ireland is a plus
