Post Order Activity 70%

• Take lead/Support IPP project execution team as required.
• Take lead/Support IPP project for technical side of project execution. Support IPP PM to delivery the project on time, on quality and with budget.
• Detail engineering as required by specific RFQ.
• Print/Document review from 3rd party suppliers to ensure specification compliance prior to release to customer.
• Technical support as required for print reviews with customers (page turning as required by customer)
• Attend FAT as for all 3rd Party Equipment/E-house shipments to ensure quality and compliance to specification and follow up with customer punch list with various suppliers.
• Coordinate with customer as the interface with RA internal resources/3rd party resources for technical clarification.

Pre-Sales activities 30%

Support Sales Activities as needed to Promote IPP Sales Growth

• Meet with customers as requested by sales to establish IPP Competency
• Provide customer presentation for Intelligent Packaged Power with Sales
• Provide leadership to Marketing and Sales for IPP messaging
• Promote Intelligent Solutions

Work as needed on all opportunities to provide the following proposal support:

• Develop ROM in timely fashion to support the GO/NO GO process with Sales
• Develop Scope of work and Bid tabs for various 3rd party sourcing (Switchgear, E-house, Etc.)
• Develop single lines for power distribution as needed based on RFQ data.
• Provide E-house drawings to issue as part of E-house RFQ based on equipment.
• Interface with and field questions from 3rd party sources.
• Complete review of 3rd party quotes to ensure specification compliance prior to bid submission.
• Complete bid tabs for E-house/3rd party supplier bids to understand full cost and bid compliance
• Collaborate with team regarding bid strategy
• Identify scope alternatives to promote better solution for RA and differentiator for RA

Qualification/Experience Request:

• At least 8 years engineering experience, EPC experience preferred
• Minimum Becher degree for electrical engineering background
• Project execution experience and with pre-sales experience preferred
• Communication skills
• English skills
• Business trip required
