This posotion is responsible for supporting our sales revenue growth in China by executing China License Compliance (LC) programs with our resellers and handling LC case in China under the guidance of China LC Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Executing China LC program together with related resellers sales team to achieve individual target in China

与合作代理商所属的销售和版权团队执行Altium大中华区版权维护项目

- Negotiate with users on copyright issues

与用户进行版权问题的谈判

- Meet customers to solve LC issue when necessary

与代理商就版权维护问题一起面谈客户

- Writing legal letters to the end users when required to ensure the letters are in line with related laws

起草寄送至用户端的法律文书，以保证所有文书合法合规。

- Provide support and advice to resellers in their sales activities as related to LC issues

为合作代理商在销售活动中提供与版权维护项目有关的支持

- Provide support to other colleagues to better complete their job.

为其他同事提供工作改进建议

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree above

本科以上学历

- 3 years or above related working experience as LC sales.

至少3年以上的软件正版化销售经验

- Familiar with LC process. Knowledge of related IP law

熟悉中国知识产权法相关知识

- Good software sales skills

良好的软件销售技巧

- Independent negotiation skills
