2、持有高低压电工上岗证

3、有五年以上现场判断、维修设备经验，并能独立完成。

4、能接受四班三运转翻班安排

5、能熟练掌握以下技术要求：1)能熟练操作10kv高、低压开关；2)能看懂高、低压电气图纸及一般计算；3)熟悉低压电气维修、安装及一般计算；4)能熟练操作和更换变频控制器；5)对熟悉吹膜设备维修人员优先。
