职位描述
1- Leading multi-discipline (incl. system, software, mechanical, electric/electronic) and multi-site Engineering team to develop base/platform and customer application product/projects
2- Organize R&D disciplines to develop product or technology concept and implement into prototype/sample/projects
3- Provide technical concept and implement into product for BoM cost optimization, performance and manufacturability optimization>Be responsible for engineering release of local projects
4- Steer/Track engineering process compliance of R&D activities and improve/optimize the related process, e.g. A-Spice of SE/SW and product integrity
5- Support customer project acquisition in terms of engineering, e.g. technical concept, compliance analysis, engineering schedule and efforts, etc.
6- 'Define the roles/responsibilities of R&D team/team members and conduct regularly maintenance, recruit and form R&D team together cross function team
7- Setup and manage R&D teams and direct reports' annual goal by company tool and methodology and process,
8- Conduct/manage employees dialogue and provide the career development consultant to team
9- Manage and enhance R&D team's competency, provide Coach and training to team
10- R&D budget yearly planning with local R&D controlling and global product line responsible, and implement daily R&D budget/effort management
11- Enhance process/methodology/tool of related engineering together with central engineering department>Ensure internal and external communication/collaboration
12- 'Setup and align R&D team's short team and mid/long term goal and development strategy and plan, including footprint and competency, headcount developing, etc.
13- Technology and product roadmap of defined scope, and achieve alignment with product management
14- Provide technical support to product management in terms of technical trend, benchmarking, competitiveness analysis and so on
1- Bachelor or above, degree of engineering
2- Intercultural working competence and experience (more than 3 years)
3- Have experience on series production project from kick-off to mass production, at least 2 customer projects Passionate/pioneering/partnership thinking and working style
4- More than 10 years of automotive engineering experience
5- More than 5 years EV/HEV related working experience
6- More than 3 years of R&D team leading experience, team size ever
7- 20+ and more than two disciplines
8- Passionate/pioneering/partnership thinking and working style
9- Result orientation and innovative thinking and working style
10- Be able working under stress, good emotional control and intelligence
11- Logical thinking and abstract ability, excellent planning and organizational skills / analytical and problem-solving skills /customer and business orientation /Clear and logical communication and presentation skill and negotiation skill
12- Understand sate of art e-drive technology, e.g. e-drive system level knowledge, and technical trend
13- Finance understanding for engineering
14- Understand EV/HEV market, and industry competitors’ pattern, and main customer characteristics.
15- Familiar with state of art engineering process, e.g. A-spice, V-mode, Agile, Design for 6-sigma, etc.
16- Understand project management methodology and tool
17- Solid skill on MS-office software using
18- Fluent writing/reading/speaking English, German language is plus
