I. E- store management in different e-platforms

各电商平台的网店管理

1) Responsible for e-stores follow-up and management

负责网店的跟进及管理

2) Responsible for logistics and inventory management

负责物流及库存的管理

3) Responsible for product launch and daily management, product page maintenance, updates, and optimization (Product Inventory Management)

负责产品发布和日常管理、产品页面维护、更新及优化（产品库存管理）

4) Supervise and manage the ERP system

监督和管理ERP系统

5) Work with visualizer to optimize our Brands e-stores user flow, filter function and navigation function

与美工配合，优化我方客户品牌网店的用户浏览体验，过滤功能和导航功能

6) Work with visualizer and copy writer to renew homepage twice a month and develop activation page according to e-platforms’ calendar such as Tmall, JD…

与美工及文案配合，每月更新主页两次，根据天猫、京东等各电商平台的营销日历推出促销页...

7) Carry out media buying plan and responsible for execution according to different e-platforms’ activations and campaigns

根据各个电商平台的促销和推广活动，制订并负责执行广告投放计划。

8) Responsible for all activation/campaign application, material preparation, material submission and campaign results follow up and reports

负责所有促销/推广活动的申请、物料准备与提交, 以及推广成效的跟进和报告

9) Manage out-sourced customer service team and after sales CRM

管理外包客服团队及售后的客户关系管理

10) Responsible for all weekly, monthly sales and traffic reports. Support brand manager for monthly financial report and monthly sales and inventory report

负责所有周度及月度销售和流量报表。配合品牌经理准备月度财务报告与月度销售及库存报告

11) Assist in building relationship with Tmall XiaoEr or equivalent in other platforms of different categories and functions

协助与天猫小二（或是在其他类别或功能平台的类似职能）的关系维护

12) Train and lead the e-store assistant to get best e-sales result.

培训及领导网店助理，以获得***的电商销售业绩

II. New e-stores opening新网店开业

1) Set up E-store for new brands on different platforms or existing Brands new E-stores on other platforms than existing

设立新品牌在各个平台的网店，或设立现有品牌在其他新平台的网店

2) Manage up to 2 E-stores for new brands on different platforms or existing Brands new E-stores on other platforms than existing

至多管理2个网店，包括新品牌在各个平台的网店，或是现有品牌在其他新平台的网店

3) Work with different internal teams for new clients pitch or E-commerce industry knowledge sharing and updates

配合公司各内部团队进行新客户推介开发，或电商行业知识共享及更新

4) Willing to observe and find out the new trends on E-commerce and online business

愿意观察及了解电子商务和在线商务的新趋势
