Job Purpose:

• Serve as the strategic project lead / support on 1-2 on-going Full Jet Clients, providing the strategic initiatives and execution. Including monthly budget management, brand campaigns, EC platform strategies, etc.
• Assist Strategic Planning Department on all on-going potential Consulting assignments, particularly in report drafting and layout
• Be responsible for some specific projects’ streams and represent Full Jet in front of the Client
• Assist Strategic Planning Department in elaborating and formalizing of Client Proposals on various topics and Industries
• Lead detailed and strong market research to collect market insights
• Lead or help organize different kinds of methodologies of research (qualitative and quantitative customer survey, store visits, competitive benchmark, etc…)
• Further develop Full Jet Business Intelligence in the digital space

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, both written and verbal
• Professional level on Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
• 2+ years of experience in consulting and strategic planning, with exposure to different industries, clients’ topics and environments
• Able to face clients for proposals / presentations
• Able to identify and find a range of solutions for problems
• Excellent project management skills: able to handle multiple tasks
• Able to handle time sensitive projects, and heavy workload
