岗位职责：

1． 针对目标客户群体实施全球统一的内勤销售流程；

2． 对意向客户进行邮件跟进，电话回访，拜访等，获取意向购买客户的需求信息，商机培养；

3． 针对意向购买客户进行产品服务演示与公司介绍；

4． 定期完善邮件沟通模板，流程创新等，提高整体目标客户群体回复率；

5． 参与全球内勤销售团队以及中国团队相关项目及任务；

6． 参与市场部组织的线上线下活动，并与客户沟通。

任职资格：

1． 本科及以上学历，有B2B行业内勤销售经验的优先；

2． 英语CET-6及以上，能够熟练的进行邮件撰写，并参与全球会议；

3． 创新，有活力，有较强的沟通能力；

4． 熟练使用Office软件。

Job Duties:

· Develop and grow new key accounts to meet required sales targets and company's objectives

· Deploy integrated communication and marketing plans to help launch and promote the customer service

· Maintain customer satisfaction through account management and consulting skills

· Monitor and analyze regional market data to address business opportunities

· Coordinate across functions, including project management, technical support, marketing

· All other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

· bachelor degree or above

· Min 'O' Levels with 3+ years related working experience;

· Demonstrated ability to successfully interface with business stakeholders and develop long-term relationships with customers

· Ability to work effectively across cultures

· Able to learn fast and work well in a team.

· Capable with office tools including, MS Office, chat clients, VOIP clients, remote collaboration tools (e.g. WebEx), etc.

· Outstanding written and oral communication and influence skills

· Excellence in English skill, both written and oral.

· Experience in Internet technology, online learning, and/or corporate education implementation a significant plus

· Multi-lingual/International experience a plus
