Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with Italy HQ IT team to be responsible for organizing technical projects and ensuring that all members of the operating team work efficiently and ensuring the local activities & practices are fully compliance with HQ & local IT regulation.

2. Follows complex IT Projects set between China and Europe.

3. Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.

4. Supports and develops IT strategic projects.

5. Inspect projects for quality assurance.

6. Document all estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork.

6. Work with Retail manager to adapt and roll-out retail training concepts and projects.

7. Proactively seek for mid-term & long-term advanced technical solution to support retail business development.

8. Other tasks asked by line manager.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field

2.At least 6 years of similar working experience in retail industry.

3.Certification in project management is a plus.

4.Innovative approach in problem solving skills.

5.Computer proficiency in programs such as SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite.

6.Nice to have – Businesss Analyst (IT) and process approach.

7.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

8.Business strategy aptitude.

9.Negotiation Skills.

10.Basic knowledge of Italian will be a plus.
