3 生产领料的发料及完成扫描枪过账并确保原材料的先进先出 Production of acquisition and complete scanning gun Posting and ensure first in first out of raw materials.

4 原材料库位整理及扫描枪下架 Raw material sorting and location scan the gun from the shelves.

5 原材料卸货 The unloading of raw materials

6 原材料按批次、制造日期大小顺序整理 According to the batch size sequence, the manufacture date of raw material

7 原材料检验合格贴标后扫描枪上架 Raw material inspection label after scanning gun stores

8 成品正确及时的扫描枪收货确认、并及时用扫描枪上架 Finished goods correctly and timely scanning gun receiving confirmation, and promptly by scanning gun stores.

9 成品根据系统发货单及时备货及扫描枪过账并确保先进先出 Finished product stock in time according to the system invoice and scanning gun Posting and ensure first in first out.

10 成品根据WI作业标准正确打包 Finished product according to the WI operation standard packaged correctly

11 成品装车 The finished loading

12 周转箱、辅料和包材的管理、库存监控 Turnover box, accessories and packaging materials management, inventory monitoring

13 循环盘点 Cycle count

14 废品整理储存 Arrange and store waste

15 完成上级交办的其它任务 Complete other tasks assigned by the superiors
