职位描述
一、职位描述
1、按照公司规定的采购流程，负责材料供应商及外协加工供应商的开发、考察、维护以及发布询价、比价和合同签订和订单跟踪等；
2、建立和维护供应商档案；
3、建立和维护采购数据库；
4、快速学习采购物料的技术性特点，在准确理解公司需求的基础上，实施精准采购。
5、创造性执行公司预算计划，降低采购成本，增强公司整体竞争力。
二、职位要求
1、大专及以上学历，机械或电气类专业；
2、性格外向，擅长沟通；
3、思维缜密，具备较强的文档编辑能力，能够独立起草格式和内容清晰严谨的采购合同；
4、熟悉CAD机械制图或电气图，能够根据采购图纸和技术要求进行合同和技术协议编辑，发布外协采购订单，出错率低。
5、具备一年以上机械或电气类设计经验者优先考虑。
三、薪资保障
公司实施弹性薪资制，除基本工资（6000~8000元）外，根据个人采购工作绩效进行奖金（含大额）激励。
四、工作日安排
国定假日同步，做六休一。
五、五险一金
根据个人需求，可在苏州及上海公司缴纳。
