Your role

- To responsible for leading client and project management for a variety of event projects as assigned. 

- To take briefs from clients alongside accounts, briefing meetings - kickoff meetings for each project Communication with internal team based on client briefings

- To takes full ownership of the project, either handling all items independently or working with a team to manage all aspects such as production, logistics, budgets and client servicing

- To responsible for onsite execution and delivery of projects, management of onsite team, supervision and briefing of any part time staff

- To supervise all Post-event evaluations.

 

Your talent

- At least five years of experience in events, experience with Auto industry, especially luxury auto brands will be highly preferred

- Has experience in auto brand regional auto show and strong abilities in dealer liaison and communication

- Good at client communication and problem solving

- Detail-Oriented, proactive with well-organized personality and can work under pressure

- Good at both spoken & writing English and Mandarin
