Your role

- Create guests’ journeys through storytelling, high-end conceptual designs and brand marketing solutions for clients.

- Develop and design concepts for large corporate events, conferences, product launches and exhibition display according to the clients brief and following their brand guidelines and communication strategy.

- An implicit understanding of 2D, 3D, Planning, Digital & Video, with ability of merging all together into outstanding live experiences.

- Drive and lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance to space, budget and deadlines.

- Own the insights and direction of creative briefs and contribute to evolution of design process.

- Client liaison - either directly (taking brief and following through to completion) or as part of a project team.

- Lead, recruit and develop creative team; provide clear creative direction, motivate and inspire creative team.

- Handle staff performance appraisals and set clear direction and guidance to help team achieve their goals and objectives.

 

Your talent

- 10 years + work experience in Commercial Exhibitions industry, at least 4-6 years in management level

- Working Knowledge in Asia Market (ideally).

- Understanding of Brand Communication through ATL, BTL, IT industry and Corporate Live Events.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills, be able to pitch ideas to clients or directors and translate client ideas to internal team members.

- Language: Fluent in English, Mandarin (Must).

- Software: Strong understanding of designing tools such as Adobe creative Suite, 3D software, CAD, MS Word.

- Experience in digital and new technologies (Must).
