RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Be responsible for day-to-day finance and accounting functions for the group and its portfolio companies, e.g. AP, AR, banking, budgeting, book-keeping, audit, tax-filing, etc.;

2. Prepare accounts for company level and group level (i.e. consolidated accounts) in accordance with IFRS and applicable local accounting standard;

3. Monitor and maintain compliance requirement with local regulations, e.g. filing of applicable legal and regulatory documents;

4. Work and coordinate with internal and external parties for different relevant tasks, e.g. auditor, valuer, lawyer, etc.;

5. Manage office operation, assist the corporate finance team in providing finance and accounting services to the company’s clients and portfolio, and assist the senior management in HR & Admin functions;

6. Supervise other junior staff member and assist in other finance related matters and ad-hoc assignments;

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

1. A bachelor's degree in related field;

2. CPA/ACCA; other relevant qualification;

3. A minimum of 3-years work experience in finance and accounting, preferably with audit experience and/or IPO experience will be advantageous;

4. Strong accounting knowledge and understanding in the latest accounting and tax regulations;

5. Proficiency in IT skills, including without limitation MS Office (particularly WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT) and other relevant software, e.g. Kingdee (金蝶);

6. Good communication skills, in both written and spoken Chinese as well as English;

7. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills;

8. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
