Purpose of Job 工作目的

Manage and coordinate research projects in China FSC.

管理、协调中国区FSC相关研发项目。

Responsibilities 职责

-Manage next-generation sequencing (NGS) related projects.

管理二代测序技术相关项目。

-Manage R&D projects pertinent to testing method development and validation.

管理测试方法开发、确认项目。

-General responsibilities include: design and draft technical proposals according to client or internal R&D requirements; coordinate experiments with the FSC lab; conduct systematic analysis of experimental data; write project reports; provide relevant trainings; and coordinate with global R&D teams and other external/internal functions to meet the project timeline.

以上项目职责包括：根据客户及内部研发要求制定研发技术方案；与FSC实验室协调、组织并执行试验；对数据进行系统性分析；撰写项目报告；进行相关的培训；与全球研发团队及其他内/外部门协调沟通，确保研发项目进展。

-Assist microbial risk analyses in food manufacturing facilities, including contamination traceback and/or cleaning and sanitation verification.

协助参与食品工厂微生物问题分析，包括污染溯源及清洁消毒方案的建立及验证等。

- Perform other duties as needed for R&D.

Qualifications of candidate for this job 任职资格

Technical background

专业背景

-Ph.D. in food science, bio-engineering, microbiology or related disciplines.

食品科学、生物工程、微生物或相关专业的博士学历。

-Extensive experience in food microbiology, molecular microbiology and related technologies.

充分的食品微生物学、分子生物学及相关项目经验。

-Knowledge in food processing and food safety management. Industry experience is preferred.

了解食品加工及安全相关知识。有食品行业从业经验者优先考虑。

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills for building strong relationships with technical and non-technical teams internally and externally. Problem-solving skills are a must.

优秀的书面及口头沟通能力，擅长对内、对外的技术及非技术层面沟通。必须具有良好的解决问题能力。

-Proficient in both Chinese and English (reading, writing, and speaking).

中文及英文沟通能力（书面及口语）。

-May involve occasional travel.
