岗位职责Responsibilities

1.    会聚离子束（FIB）分析工程师；。

FIB Analyst

2.    FIB设备操作，TEM的样品制备，安排实验，配合TEM技术人员完成TEM的样品制备，配合SEM技术人员完成SEM样品的FIB 制备，能够完全理解TEM/SEM对样品制备的要求。

Operate the FIB equipment, TEM sample preparation, arrange the test, support the TEM technician on the TEM sample preparation, as well as support the SEM technician on the SEM sample preparation, can fully understand the requirements of sample preparation in terms of TEM/SEM.

3.    具有独立使用FIB及相关分析设备和进行相关实验室工作的能力；

Can use the FIB and relevant analysis equipment and do the lab job independently.

4.    具有和客户在技术方面沟通的能力，理解样品结构和客户需求。

Be able to communicate with the customers on technology, understand the sample structure and customer needs. 

任职要求Essentials

1.    一年以上实际FIB工作经验：能够熟练掌握FIB知识以及操作FIB，具有配合TEM技术人员完成样品制备的能力。

1+ year of FIB work experience, have solid knowledge of FIB and know-how, be able to support the TEM technician on the sample preparation.

2.    材料，物理或化学专业等相关专业背景，熟悉微结构分析相关知识，熟悉材料科学基础知识，本科以上学历。

Material, physics or chemistry background, familiar with microstructure analysis knowledge, familiar with material science base knowledge. Bachelor degree or above.

3.    人品正直，吃苦耐劳，在工作中有耐心，良好的责任心，具备承受一定工作压力的心理素质。

Integrity, hard-working, patient, and responsible, can work under pressure.

4.    处事严谨，独立处理能力强，有良好的团队协作精神，工作积极主动，乐于学习。工作态度良好，专心于技术方面的工作和发展。

5.    英语听说读写熟练，熟悉Office等办公软件。

Fluent English (both oral and written), good office skills.
