Roles & Responsibilities:

  

1.   Follow up of order status from initial sampling to bulk shipment, familiar with production processes.

  

     负责订单整个流程（从初样到完成大货出运）中所有产品操作处理，了解大货操作流程

  

2.   With industry knowledge about fabric, color dyeing/printing, garment construction, fits, lab testing,

  

     embellishment/embroidery, production quality, logistic/shipping, etc.

  

     要有基本的行业知识如面料，染色，成衣结构，测试，钉珠绣花，大货质量，船务文件等等

  

3.   Team work spirit, liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the production is on track and the quality is 

  

     up to customer’s standard.   

  

     有团队合作精神，与内部相关部门及外部供应商进行日常业务联系，确保生产进度正常以及产品符合客户品质标准

  

4.   Skillfully organizing documentation and properly managing email communication on time.

  

     规范和清晰地做好各种文件归档，能够有条不紊，及时处理邮件

  

5.   Able to manage and process office systems in daily merchandising works after training, two main systems are PLM/WIP system and order data system.

  

     被培训后能够熟练运用公司系统处理日常的业务工作

  

6.   Handling production submits/approvals according to PO delivery/TNA dates: Fabric/trim quality, labels, lead test 

  

     report approval, fit sample/PPs/Production sample, AD/salesman sample, showroom samples, shortage update, etc. 

  

     Ensure submit/samples are checked carefully before pass out, including fabric weight/handfeel, color, stretch, size,

  

     labels, hangtags, packing, etc.

  

     依据交期要求跟踪和完成订单出运，包括各种样衣; 寄样前或交前要仔细检查是否正确.

  

7.   Analysis and forecasting via time and action calendar, WIP to achieve on-time delivery

  

     用时间进度表和WIP生产计划表来监控和分析生产进度以达成按期交货

  

8.   Able to retrieve and facilitate problem solution when necessary

  

     解决问题提供支持以挽回或促进问题的处理

  

9.   Go to vendor office/factory/mill to solve problems/issues proactively when needed.

  

     如有必要，要及时出差解决相关问题

  

10. Capable of guiding vendors about company’s requirements for production and train up a new vendor

  

     能够指导供应商关于公司对每个客人订单的要求以及培训新的供应商

  

11. Strong sense of responsibility, organized, detailed-oriented, and willing to learn and get improvement

  

     有责任感，有条理，细心，并能在工作中不断学习,自我提高

  

12. Follow and perform other additional duties assigned by the supervisor

  

     遵从主管安排任何临时的工作

  

Job Requirements:

  

.  At least 10 years experiences in garment merchandising.

  

  With fashion sense & working experience with design directly is preferred.

  

.  Good command of written and oral English.

  

.  Good communication skill and working attitude.
