Primary focus

·          Create & deliver memorable and inspiring creative solutions for the Client Brand and retailing for her products.

·          Leads the implementation of design thinking and strategic visual communication integrated into the brand building and marketing campaigns.

·          Understands role of design and visual communications in supporting business results and develop objectives to track and measure impact of creative campaigns and retail innovations.

·          Create impactful presentation decks, toolkits and present confidently to internal and external partners

·          Maintain key relationships with client and proactively grow creative portfolio. 

·          Tracking and approving completed art files with the production team 

·          Responsible for establishing the concept and design direction and manage the entire creative process to deliver creative excellence and quality output

·          Working with the Creative Team to adjust project goals and design revisions on the fly as necessary to adapt to changing situations to meet established schedules 

·          Identifying potential problems in the creative pipeline and working with the Creative Team to prevent them

·          Supporting the Creative Team to keep studio executive staff, studio manager and/or account staff up to speed on project status 

 

Supporting tasks

·          Keep up with latest digital, social and mobile trends in advertising 

·          Utilize experience to plan and implement effective creative processes and products

·          Understand, embrace, and communicate and contribute to our corporate culture

·          Comparative analysis research; support ideas with references

·          Staying abreast of current market and industry trends to aid in the development of cutting edge marketing, design concepts, trends and innovation with the secondary goal of educating the team

Performance Management

·          Meeting and exceeding client and department head expectations 

·          Take creative direction and turn work around quickly to meet deadlines

·          Ensure client satisfaction at all levels

·          Ensure all creative work is completed within time and on budget

 

Requirement

·          Advertising or Communications degree an advantage. Other creative disciplines will be considered.

·          5 to 9 years of relevant experience with an integrated portfolio.

·          Background in branding, retail design, art direction, digital execution, and production with high level of technical craftsmanship is preferred

·          Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin an advantage.

·          Background in branding, art direction, digital execution, and production with high level of technical craftsmanship

·          Expert level within the Adobe CS package (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Acrobat). Knowledge of other software Sketch-up, After Effects, and Animate CC would be an advantage.

·          Able to work independently from brief to production

·          Good communication and presentation skills.

·          Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at a time.

·          Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and to lead and nurture juniors.

·          Self-motivated, disciplined, driven, strategic-minded and a great team player.
