Cashier财务出纳

Responsibilities:

1, 记录现金、银行日记账，并及时录入财务系统中；做到日清月结、帐实一致；

Make daily cash / bank journal and keep clear accounts in financial system.

2, 每周进行网银付款；

Make on-line payment by E-banking

3, 根据公司报销制度审核员工报销；

Check and release employees’ reimbursement timely and accurately

4, 每周初将上月的银行对账单和银行日记账核对一致

Check the weekly bank statement. Report the bank balance

5, 安全保管库存现金、财务章、支票等票据；

Keep cash, financial stamp and cheques safely..

6. 每月最后一个工作日盘点现金；

Count petty cash and make the petty cash records on the last working day of each month

7, 在公司ERP系统里录入收款单，付款单；

Input cashier’s vouchers in ERP system.

8, 部门经理安排的其他内容；

Other issues required by manager.

Qualifications:

1.一年以上出纳相关工作经验；

More than 1 year related working experience.

2.品行端正，思路清晰，有条理，认真仔细，积极主动并愿意承担工作职责；

Good personality, organized, carefully, initiative and would like to take the responsibilities.

3.良好的英语听说读写能力；

Be fluent in oral, writing, listening and reading in English.

4.财务专业或相关领域专业优先.

Major in financial or the related field is preferred.
