Responsibilities职位描述:

Purpose: Drive supplier capability & performance to ensure the quality of purchased products can meet specifications & requirements sustainably

目的：推动供应商的能力和性能,以确保采购产品的质量能满足规范和可持续的要求

Main responsibilities include but not limit: 主要职位描述

1. Conduct pre-shipment inspections (PSI) as required by business objectives & established schedule.
2. 业务目标和既定的时间表进行预装运检查
3. Write inspection reports.
4. 检验报告
5. Prepare & require supplier to provide re-work sheet & CAPA for defects or nonconformities found during PSI.
6. 供应商为在PSI期间发现的缺陷或不符合情况提供重新工作表和CAPA
7. Upload related reports to designated website database.
8. 相应的报告到数据库。
9. Collect required data.
10. pan> 收集必要的数据
11. Other quality related tasks as assigned by management.
12. 与质量相关的工作

Qualifications 岗位条件:

1. College graduate with technical/engineering background.
2. 专科或者以上学历
3. 1-3 years experience of disposable medical products quality inspection (or quality assurance experience at a facility manufacturing medical products) is required
4. 3年的一次性医疗用品的质量检验经验
5. Willing to travel 2-3 days per week
6. 每周出差2-3
7. Good knowledge of manufacturing process is needed.
8. 的制造工艺知识
9. Working knowledge of medical device requirements or regulations, such as, EN ISO 13485/EN 13795/EN ISO 11607/ISO 11135.
10. 了解相关质量管理体系程序
11. Must be an independent/efficient worker capable of conducting inspections.
12. 独立高效的完成工作
13. Good written and oral communicating in English.
14. 的书面及日常英语交流能力
15. Microsoft Office, especially MS-Excel,MS-Word etc.
16. 应用办公软件
17. Candidate should possess a strong work ethic, have rigor and be detail oriented. Punctual, Organized, Responsible.
