• Be part of operation support team, fully participate in requirement and technical part to communicate to the IT & BUs stream of project updates to ensure everyone across the local BU and at CHO level have timely information/picture of the project status and manage the progress to achieve project target作为营运支持团队成员，全面参与需求和技术层面的沟通，从分公司和CHO层面，协同业务和IT每个成员，为达成项目目标，及时管理项目进度和确保项目进度和状态的更新

• Provides support for BU and CHO. Serves as escalation point as outlined in support guidelines.为分公司和CHO提供营运支持，并按照服务指引，升级处理分公司不能解决的问题

• Work with regional team for the localization of global projects.

• 和集团保持良好的沟通，支持集团项目的本地化实现；

录用条件：

• University degree or above in finance or IT related discipline.大学或以上金融和IT相关专业

• 5 years above working experience in insurance compay 5年以上保险公司工作经验

• Has working experience and understand individual insurance business. Candidates with inhouse insurance system support working experience in UW or POS or Claim有个险运营业务支持工作经验，核保，保全和理赔等业务支持或管理工作经验

• 在理解业务要求的情况下，在相关的业务流程/规则和系统关键功能实现上具备分析和设计能力，并文档化供后端的技术团队进行实现。包括UR文档撰写，UAT测试计划等。

• Experience in operation front-end system implemation will be preferred.

• 有运营作业系统实施经验的优先考虑

• Good communication skill良好沟通技巧，Team work spirit, initiative and willing to work under pressure团队精神，主动性和愿意在压力下工作
