Job Responsibilities    
- Responsible for the main application of dry-mixed mortar research and development.

- Independently improves and develops dry mix formulations and new applications, consults customers in the best use of WACKER's products

- Develops the market together with marketing and sales, cooperates with standard setting institutes, universities or authorities to setup standards and regulations which are in favor of quality dry-mix products and cooperates with WSC and Product Development LBC to improve and develop dry mix formulations and re-dispersible powders.

- Responsible for the lab management include the EHSS, IMS, sample management and so on. 
- Responsible for the safety and the quality according to WACKER's guidelines and certificates, such as ISO 14001.
Qualifications Required    
- More than 2 years experience in dry mix or related industry
- Master or bachelor in Chemistry, Building Chemistry, Material Science or related studies
- Good communication skills

- Above average interpersonal skills
- Good ability of self organization and staff guidance
- Willingness to travel 
- Good at English
