岗位职责:

1. 了解和收集市场资讯，同业发展动态、制作竞品分析等为团险业务发展规划决策提供市场依据，并根据业务决策制定业务发展可行性计划；
2. 根据总、分团险业务的策略与规划，推动并追踪总、分团险各项关键绩效指标的达成；
3. 协助制定并执行团险业务管理相关规定，协助制定并执行各类团险业务推广计划、培训计划等；
4. 协助推进总、分团险大型团险客户的拓展与维护；协助推进合作分销机构、营销员团队等的团险业务发展；
5. 统筹并主导团险新产品、营销工具、大型活动、创新项目等的落实；
6. 上级主管交办的其他工作

任职资格:

1. 本科及以上学历，金融、保险、工商管理专业优先考虑
2. 至少有3年保险从业相关经验，具备团险客户资源、经代渠道资源优先
3. 良好的团险销售、业务推动、客户管理、沟通统筹及培训技能
4. 良好的保险知识储备与团险业务实操经验
5. 良好的计算机技能
