1、Lead/Establish a team of Pre-engineering Engineers.

    领导前期工艺分析工程师团队（必需具有模具背景，汽车行业优先）

2、 In project RFQ phase ，according to the customer's product data, carry out the mold preliminary process analysis ， including Foaming、Thermo-forming(plastic products), Press-lamination edge folding IMG, Plastic welding, Flexible cutting process.

   在项目RFQ阶段，根据客户产品数据，进行模具的前期工艺分析，包括发泡、热成型（塑料制品）、热压覆合包边工艺、阴模成型，塑料焊接，灵活切割工艺等。

3、 Main technique contact window in FRIMO Shanghai to FRIMO German lead locations regarding technique information/knowledge transfer in project early stage。

  技术联系窗口在FRIMO上海和FRIMO总部，在项目的早期阶段提供技术信息，知识的传递。

4、 Support the sales in new project calculation, review the customer technique specification and identify the risks. In quotation phase, support purchasing team and operation team for cost reduction in material and hours.

  支持销售人员进行新项目的核算，审核客户技术规范并识别风险。在报价阶段，支持采购团队和运营团队在材料和工时方面降低成本

5、Conduct technical training & seminars to internal colleagues, conducting technical presentations to customers.Arranges and participates in segment exhibitions and conferences。

  对内部同事进行技术培训，对客户进行技术演示，安排和参加部分展览和会议

6、 Identification of added value opportunities

     识别增值机会

7、Development ，maintenance of relationship with customers engineers， support market analysis, especially the market technique trend or future technology.

 Visit frequently customers。

     开发、维护与客户工程师的关系，支持市场分析，特别是市场技术趋势或未来技术，经常拜访客户。

Required skill and working experiences:岗位技能工作要求

1、 Strong personality, good in communication and in managing relationship, inclination for working in a multicultural team。

    善于沟通和管理人际关系，有在多元文化团队中工作的倾向

2、 Bachelor degree in mechanic engineering/design or relevant. 

    机械工程/设计或相关专业本科学历。

3、Solid skills in Catia/UG software, familiar with PU/plastic foil application engineering experience

     熟练使用Catia/UG软件，熟悉PU/plastic foil应用工程经验

4、 Strong Automotive interior application engineering knowledge

     较强的汽车内饰应用工程知识

5、Fast learner with innovative thinking； Good planning, coordinating, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills。

    具有良好的计划、协调、沟通、谈判和人际交往能力

6、 Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, ideally German knowledge.

    良好的英语和普通话读写能力，懂德语优先

7、Teamwork skills as well as individual working capacity 

     具备团队合作能力和个人工作能力

8、Good understanding of different cultures； Good presentation skills；Projects Management skills
